Terms and Conditions

Important Note: In the event of any discrepancies, conflicts of interpretation, or differences arising from the translation of this document, the original version drafted in the Spanish language shall prevail and be binding in all respects.

These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the access and use of the Discord bot named YeeBot™. By inviting, interacting with, or using YeeBot™ in any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service or authorize its integration into your servers.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions are established:

  • Bot: Refers to the automated software application named YeeBot™, designed to operate within the Discord platform.
  • Service: Refers to the set of functionalities and tools offered by the Bot, including, but not limited to, server moderation, leveling system, scheduled events, and music playback.
  • User: Any natural person who interacts directly or indirectly with the Bot.
  • Server (Guild): A community or chat space within the Platform where the Bot has been integrated or invited.
  • Platform: The communication and hosting service provided by Discord Inc. ("Discord").
  • Service Controller: The developer or team of developers operating the Bot under the trade name "Yee Studios™, a brand of Revolt Group".
  • Content: Any text, image, audio, link, or data generated, sent, or reproduced through the Bot or within the Server.

2. Nature of the Service

YeeBot™ is an automated tool designed exclusively to operate on servers of the Platform. The Bot functions using the infrastructure and Application Programming Interface (API) of Discord, but constitutes a Service independent from said company.

Discord Inc. does not operate, sponsor, endorse, or have any responsibility for the development, maintenance, or operation of the Bot.

3. Acceptance of Terms

The use of the Bot constitutes a binding legal agreement. By using the Service, the User acknowledges and agrees to:

  • These Terms and Conditions of Service.
  • The general Discord Terms of Service.
  • The Discord Community Guidelines.

4. Age Requirements

The use of the Service is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum age required by the Discord Terms of Service and the laws of their local jurisdiction to use the Platform (generally 13 years old, or older depending on the country of residence). If you do not meet this requirement, you are prohibited from using the Bot.

5. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use the Bot in a legal, ethical manner, and in accordance with its intended purpose. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or flood communication channels.
  • Evade sanctions, suspensions, or bans imposed by Server administrators or by the Platform.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical flaws of the Bot to gain undue advantages or damage the system.
  • Carry out or promote any illegal activity under applicable laws.
  • Perform actions that interfere with, overload, or impair the normal operation and infrastructure of the Bot.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or commit acts of abuse against other Users.

6. Third-Party Content

During the course of its operation (such as in moderation or events), the Bot may process, display, or interact with Content generated by Users or third parties. The Service Controller does not exercise prior control over such Content, does not endorse its messages, and does not guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness, or legality thereof. All responsibility for the Content lies exclusively with the User who originates it.

7. Music and Multimedia Content

YeeBot™ includes functionalities for the playback of music and multimedia content obtained from external third-party sources.

  • The Bot acts solely as a technical conduit or transmission intermediary.
  • The responsibility to ensure that the playback of such content does not infringe copyright or third-party platform terms of service lies exclusively and entirely with the Users or Server administrators who initiate or request the playback.

8. Service Availability

The Service Controller strives to maintain high availability; however, the Service may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued totally or partially at any time, whether for maintenance, updates, or operational decisions, without the obligation to issue prior notice or incur any liability towards Users.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Service Controller expressly disclaims any explicit or implicit warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Under no legal or equitable circumstances shall the Service Controller be liable for:

  • Service interruptions or outages.
  • Loss of data, including Server configurations or leveling system progress.
  • Technical errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies of the Bot.
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

10. Termination of Access

The Service Controller reserves the unilateral and absolute right to deny the Service. Upon any suspicion of a breach of these Terms, or for any other operational reason, the Service Controller may, without prior notice:

  • Block access to the Bot for specific Users.
  • Restrict functionalities or remove the Bot from specific Servers.
  • Permanently prohibit the use of the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, logos, databases, the "YeeBot™" brand, and associated systems are the exclusive property of the developer operating under the trade name "Yee Studios™, a brand of Revolt Group". The use of the Bot does not transfer any intellectual or industrial property rights to Users or Server administrators. Reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering of the Service is prohibited.

12. Infringement Reports (DMCA / Copyright)

If you believe that the use of the Service infringes copyrights, or you wish to report improper, abusive use, or use contrary to these Terms, you must send a detailed report to the designated legal email:

The Service Controller will investigate the reports and take appropriate measures, which may include the removal of content or the blocking of offenders.

13. Modifications to the Service or Terms

The Service Controller reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any substantial modification will become effective upon its publication or notification. The continued use of the Bot on a Server following such modifications will constitute unequivocal acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability of the Individual Operator

It is expressly stated that YeeBot™ is operated by a physical developer (or a group of individuals) under the trade name "Yee Studios™, a brand of Revolt Group". These trade names do not currently constitute formally established companies or legal entities. Therefore, legal responsibility is strictly limited to the individual capacity of the operating developer, governing all exemptions and limitations of liability stipulated in these Terms in favor of said individual or individuals.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The validity, interpretation, and fulfillment of these Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy, difference, or dispute that may arise from the use of the Bot or from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Mendoza, Province of Mendoza, Argentine Republic, the Users expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
